No Insurance No Problem

As part of our continuous effort to find ways to make our patients smile, we have developed an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance or dental benefits. This plan allows patients to have a dental home they can come to on an ongoing basis for all of their dental care, without breaking the bank.

Our Lake Plaza Dental Care Plan (LPDCP) is a 12 month membership for patients.

Our Lake Plaza Dental Plan offers:

2 Oral exams per year

ALL X-Rays needed for diagnosis and treatment/year

2 Regular Cleanings/year (in the absence of periodontal disease)

2 Flouride applications/year

1 Emergency visit/year

PLUS 15% ON EVERYTHING ELSE INCLUDING:
